Pokepeople - Sneasel

Another fella for the bad side of the pokepeople. This time, a Sneasel. And since every series has that one masked character, I made Sneasel this one

Archer is a world class thief, able to steal anything that isn't nailed down or on fire, even intangible things such as souls, secrets and things that aren't there. He became one of Omnius' henchmen after getting Deathproof to sign a contract in his master's absence, it seems before becoming a theif, Archer was a licensed lawyer.

Out of all Omnius' generals, Archer is perhaps the most compitant. However, Archer's aragance leads him to put handicaps on himself in battle or on a mission just to make it more difficult for himself with the goal of embaressing his opponents should he suceed, such as using his left hand to fight with or running away on one foot. This has led to a few mission failures on his part, but he reasons that his failures are just a way of telling himself to try harder. It's his keeping to his word in regards to his handicaps that makes him surprisingly noble for a villain, he also outright refuses to harm or steal from women unless unavoidably necassary. On one or two occasions he has tried to steal the sword in Deathproof's chest but has never succeeded so far.
